Truly enjoyed Puerto Escondido, the hotel was great in the middle of jackson. The staff were caring and amicable, gave us great tips. We stayed in an a double room with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the center of Zicatela. They offer a lot of goodies for breakfast. - the staff are caring and helpful, both at reception and throughout the hotel. - the pool is great, and they have on-site parking.

During my recent stay at Hotel Dc, Brisas De Zicatela, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel. The rooms were nice and basic, but very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Despite the language barrier, the staff were patient and friendly. The location was convenient, with off-street parking and easy access to the major highway.

the room was basic but clean and comfortable. the rooftop pool was amazing, offering excellent views of the city. the staff were all very nice and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Although located a bit far from everything in the city, it is easy to take a cab or walk to the beaches where it is possible to swim anyways.

Parking was quite limited, and it was challenging to find any space to park our car.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The rooftop pool and views were breathtaking. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They helped us plan tours and gave suggestions for places to eat. The breakfast was delicious with made-to-order options. We also loved that the hotel was within walking distance to the beach and other attractions.

The cleanliness of the pool area could use some improvement. Despite the stunning views, there were water and calcium marks on the glass surrounding the pool that hindered the otherwise perfect experience.

From the moment I entered, I felt like royalty. the staff were always at my service, ready to fulfil my luxurious needs. the infinity pool on the rooftop provided an unparalleled view of the surroundings, and the spa lounge was perfect for a day of relaxation. the poolside snack bar was fully stocked with refreshing drinks and a variety of snacks. the private facilities, including the sauna and steam room, were clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beachfront and other attractions.

this was quickly rectified by the staff, who promptly cleaned it and apologized for any inconvenience caused.
